Gold Seal Certification Credits

This course allows you to earn credits towards Gold Seal Certification Program, subject to approval upon review. Keep in mind that 6 hours of learning equals 1 Gold Seal credit. You can see the course hours in the curriculum section on this page. Minimum passing mark requirement of 75%.

    Planning of communication, stakeholder management, and subcontractor management, ability to conduct productive meetings, resolve conflicts, and work in a team environment to ensure that construction projects are delivered on time, and within budget.

  • Contract Administration

    Developing of a detailed procurement plan, selecting the right subcontractors, negotiating and administering contracts, managing change orders, controlling project costs, using cost analysis techniques, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
