A few more words...

Do not underestimate the importance of the bidding on construction projects process.

Creating a cost estimate as a response to a tender call is not an easy task. The process involves handling project documentation, and incomplete information, managing information flow, converting relevant information into costs, and following the order of precedence. This requires training, time management, and attention to detail. Some calls for tender come with extensive data, and cost estimators must know how to prioritize it, what to look for, and how to include it in their estimates accurately.
